Homley Disputes
At Homley, we strive to provide a faster and smoother dispute resolution process. To help us assist you more efficiently, please provide the following:

Photos or videos of the damaged item to demonstrate the damage. If photos are insufficient, please upload a video.
B.
A screenshot of the email or dispute received, including the name, date, and content. This could be a complaint received via PayPal Dispute, other payment gateways, or email.
C.
Products may need to be returned to Homley if our Dispute Team requests a return during the dispute process.
Beyond the essential documentation, Homley will issue a refund, resend the item, or accept a return in the following cases:
At Homley, we cannot process a refund or resend if the tracking information shows that the order has been delivered.
If the tracking information shows an alert, the reasons may include:
- Incorrect/insufficient address.
- No such number.
- Unknown recipient.
- Refused.
- Not picked up in time.
- No safe delivery location.
- Uncleared customs.
- Other reasons.
At Homley, we prioritize your satisfaction and offer the following resolutions for damaged packages:
Refund or Replacement
Homley provides a full refund or replacement if packages arrive badly damaged.
For damaged packing boxes, Homley cannot offer refunds or other after-sale services due to the nature of long-distance international delivery.
For ordinary and electronic products, a complaint or open a dispute within 30 days of package delivery to qualify for a refund or replacement.
At Homley, we maintain a strict quality control process before dispatching products. We address incorrect or missing products as follows:

For incorrect products, Homley offers a full refund or replacement.
B.
For products with the wrong color or size that do not affect functionality, Homley offers a refund or resend upon receiving a screenshot of your complaint, including name, content, and date.
C.
For missing parts that do not affect product functionality, Homley may offer a partial refund or resend the missing part. For missing parts that affect functionality, Homley will resend the entire product.
D.
For missing accessories, Homley will resend the accessories.
Our goal is to ensure every customer receives exactly what they ordered, in perfect condition. If there are any issues, we are here to resolve them promptly and efficiently.
For order cancellations, Homley offers a full refund if the product is canceled before processing by our warehouse.

At Homley, we take pride in providing free international tracked shipping on orders over $50 to several countries, including the United States, United Kingdom, Australia, and many more. Please note that we currently do not ship to EU countries.

Tracking Information
Once your parcel has been prepared, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details. For orders with multiple items, you may receive your items in separate parcels.
Customs and Import Taxes
Most of our parcels are delivered without incurring any customs, import taxes, or fees. However, if you do encounter customs fees, please contact us via email, and we will strive to provide a solution.
Please note that Homley is not responsible for any delays that may occur during customs checks, as we have no control over shipping times once a parcel has been dispatched.
Why Are Some Items Shipped Separately?
If you have purchased multiple items from Homley, we may offer multiple tracking links to ensure the safety of your items during transit and to prevent any delays caused by customs. Our primary goal is to combine your items into a single parcel whenever possible. However, there are instances where items may be shipped separately due to size and weight restrictions, as well as to minimize shipping expenses. Regardless of the scenario, you will have the ability to track each item in real-time.
Unable to Receive Your Parcel?
Shipping updates will be sent to you via email. Please ensure that you are at home to receive your package at the scheduled delivery or collection time. If, for any reason, you are unable to be present, kindly notify your local post office or arrange for a trusted family member or neighbor to receive the parcel on your behalf.
Lost, Held, Returned, or Stolen Parcels
If the shipping courier marks your parcel as delivered but you have not received it, various scenarios may be at play, including misplacement, theft, incorrect delivery, or an ongoing delivery process.
We are not responsible for any lost or stolen parcels if you are delivering a parcel to a shared location such as a shop, restaurant, business, military base, or apartment.
Additionally, we are not liable for missing or returned parcels in cases where the shipping address provided at checkout is incorrect, or if you fail to collect your parcel on time. Refunds are not guaranteed, and it is your responsibility as the customer to ensure the accuracy of all shipping details before finalizing your order. Any unclaimed or undeliverable parcels returned to us can be reshipped at the customer's expense.
In instances where we anticipate delivery issues, we may temporarily hold your order and contact you via email to verify your shipping address.

At Homley, we strive to ensure timely delivery, but we cannot guarantee the arrival of your order for special occasions like birthdays, weddings, anniversaries, Christmas, and other events.
While returns are not accepted, we are committed to addressing your concerns and finding a satisfactory solution.
